Order Process

Status Definitions

1. New Order
After the order has been placed, an automated response will be sent to your email address.

2. Order Accepted
A sales representative has accepted your order and your order is under review.

3. Order Accepted
The order is being reviewed by our customer representatives. If there are no problems,
it will be then sent to the Warehouse.

4. Sent to Warehouse
The order has been approved and sent to the warehouse to be packaged.

5. Ready to Ship
Products have been found, and have been packaged by the warehouse.
At this point the package is waiting for UPS.

6. Order Shipped
The package is now on the way, and you can track your shipment via the UPS or USPS website.

7. Order Complete
When your package has been delivered to you, the order is then marked as completed.


Other Definitions

On Hold
The order has been put on hold and will not be processed for reasons described in the order details.
May require attention and modifications to the order details to process.

Payment Failed
The payment has failed for reasons described in the order details.
Requires attention and modifications to the order details to process.



Order On Hold

Occasionally, orders are put on hold or deleted by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Item(s) no longer available or out of stock.

Difficulty in processing payment information.

Cannot ship to address provided.

International orders waiting for verification.

Customer requested changes in order.

If your order is put on hold or deleted, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation.
You will not be billed for any deleted items or orders.

This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Online orders.

When you click on Order Tracking, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password.
An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.
After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed.
To track your order via the carrier's Web site,
you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available
for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

US Contentinental
We ship to all states in the Continental United States via USPS: Standard Ground(First Class),
Expedite (5 to 7 business Day) and Priority (3 to 4 business Day),2nd Day,Next Day Air.

US Alaska, Hawaii and Others
All shipments to NON-Continental US states are done via
USPS Priority Shipment takes 5 -7 business days in transit.
or USPS Express (Expedite 3 business Days).
We can not ship Next Day Air to Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories.

US APO / FPO
All APO & FPO orders do not qualify for Expedited Or Next Day shipping.
Processing the order to shipment may take an extra 1-2 days.
We can not estimate transit time for APO & FPO.

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.
Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories are delivered within
6-14 business days of the order's ship date.



Shipping Method outside U.S.

International and Canada Orders
Yes we support International shipping (Canada Included)! We ship USPS Express around the world.

Most International orders will arrive in your country within 10 -14 days.

Please note: Processing international orders to shipment may take an extra 1-2 days.

Restrictions and additional information for outside the U.S.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country.
yslux is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.
Some countries may hold packages in Customs for certain period of time.
Due to USPS guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 24 days after the shipping date.

Returns and Exchanges

Product Return and Exchange Procedure
1. Please make sure that you have read and understood the return policy.
• Please read carefully the policy before submitting a return or exchange
• Please make sure to follow the instructions for your reason for return or exchange.

2. All RMA must be obtained thru online.
• Please obtain RMA number from customerservice.
• ysLux.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number.
• Once approved you will receive an email confirming your approval.

3. Please ship the product to ysLux.com.
• Please package the product in a box so the product will not be damaged no shipment.
• Make sure the RMA number is ON the box and the proof of RMA approval is IN the box.

Return and Exchange Policy

ysLux.com offers our customers a 15-day satisfaction replacement,
store credit, or refund guarantee on all purchases that follow the return policy.
To return a product based upon ysLux.com's replacement/return guarantee,
you the customer MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
within the guarantee return period for the product (most products have 15 days).

Returns or Exchanges Due to Medical Conditions

• Product must be at least 2/3 full upon return
• Visit to your local dermatologist.
• Request RMA through customerservice.

2. Please wait 2-5 days for RMA approval.
3. You will receive an email concerning the status.

• In the case of an exchange, the product must be the same item.
